AP Mechanical Services were asked to quote /design a new boiler house / plant room to give the school an up-to date and efficient heating system ,replacing the
existing 50 year old boilers and pumps/ controls with modern energy saving condensing boilers ,optimiser controls and new pipework and pumpsWe arranged for
a complete environmental clean of the boiler house due to asbestos issues and also removed the old oil tank and services and fitted a new larger gas meter to the
site to allow for a conversion for the new boilers to run on gas

We were called to site to investigate a loss of heat and a constant running of water from the header tank,we quickly located the suspect area under the ducting and
advised the school on options open to them.with the help of the school we have not only carried out the repair but ensured there will be no further problems in the future

We recently used AP Mechanical Services to carry out major heating repairs due to a leakage underfloor.
